About Sara Kahlenberg:

"As a postpartum doula, I "mother the mother" while supporting and nurturing the entire family during the 4th trimester. I offer guidance and evidence-based information on newborn care and "typical" newborn behavior and development. I help with siblings and pets and provide practical assistance with light household chores.

I advocate for, encourage, listen to, and praise the new parents like a nonjudgemental best friend. I am a DONA International trained Postpartum doula and have a Master's Degree in Child Development with an Infancy Specialization from Erikson Institute."
