You don’t have to drink “a lot” for alcohol to affect your mood, anxiety, or energy the next day. If you’ve been quietly questioning your relationship with alcohol, this conversation is for you.
This chat is led by Lindsey S. Liddicoatt, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) with over 14 years of experience working in the field of addiction and alongside people living with substance use disorders.
Lindsey’s work is grounded in harm reduction, meaning she meets people exactly where they are, without shame, pressure, or all-or-nothing expectations. Her approach recognizes that change is complex, deeply human, and rarely linear.
