Holistic Healthcare: Holistic healthcare is an approach to health and wellness that considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in the prevention and treatment of illness. It emphasizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of an individual's health and well-being, including physical, emotional, social, and environmental factors. Holistic healthcare often incorporates complementary and alternative therapies alongside conventional medical treatments to address a person's overall health.
Energy Therapies: Energy medicine is a branch of alternative medicine based on a pseudo-scientific belief that healers can channel "healing energy" into a patient and effect positive results. Examples of energy therapies include acupuncture, Reiki, qigong, and therapeutic touch.

Functional Medicine: A systems biology–based approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. Each symptom or differential diagnosis may be one of many contributing to an individual’s illness.
