About the event

Bringing a new baby into the world is a beautiful, life-changing experience—but it also comes with challenges that many parents don’t expect. The New Parent Compass is a workshop designed to help you navigate the emotional, mental, and relational shifts that come with early parenthood.

Led by Jackie Graff of Be Present Therapy and Wellness in St. Charles, this event will provide essential guidance on: ✅ Understanding what’s normal (and what’s not) when it comes to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders ✅ Practical self-care strategies that actually fit into a new parent’s life ✅ Building and maintaining a support system ✅ Staying connected to your partner, family, and friends during this transition ✅ Common parenting and baby concerns—because newborn life is a whole new world

Whether you’re an expecting parent or in the thick of postpartum life, this workshop will offer education, reassurance, and real tools to help you find balance. You don’t have to figure…
