Tips for when you're catastrophizing

This set of worksheets is all about catastrophizing and strategies for testing the reality of our thoughts. When we dissect our fears, we often find that they are exaggerated or unlikely. We hope this exercise of writing down your worries and countering them with realistic assessments will help shift your perspective and reduce anxiety.

Remember, it’s normal to feel anxious, but with the right tools, you can manage your feelings and emerge stronger.
