Meet Lauren Lee, MA, LPC, NCC, of Best Therapies in Chicago, Illinois.


A graduate of The Family Institute at Northwestern University, Lauren is passionate about building a safe and collaborative space to work together with clients to overcome life’s obstacles.


Tapping into a variety of techniques, Lauren uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Person-Centered Positive approach, the incorporation of mind/body connection, meditation, and a focus on creating a healthy life balance.


"I believe that humans are holistic beings who can discover new things about themselves every day," shares Lauren. "Together, we can work to accomplish your therapeutic goals while gaining a better understanding of who you are and how you relate to the world around you."
