Coping skills are like the Swiss Army knives of mental well-being—they help you handle life’s little (or not-so-little) disasters. They keep you from screaming into the void, rage-texting your ex, or stress-eating an entire pizza (although, let’s be real, sometimes pizza is the answer). 


But not all coping skills work everywhere—what helps at home might not fly in a staff meeting or a crowded grocery store. This workbook will help you build a toolkit of strategies that actually work when you need them.
